How it adds up

Step 1

Methodology

We need to outline essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours required of impact managers. A competence framework, as a methodological foundation, provides a formal career path for impact managers.

Step 2

Toolkit

Based on co-created competence and measuring frameworks, digital tools will be designed. Impact data will be captured individually in real time and aggregated from all stakeholders via mobile applications, then it can be shared and scaled with and by all relevant parties.

Step 3

Course

It is essential to not only create new digital tools but also accompany the process of their implementation with an adequate training course. It will be a micro-credential course  created for Impact Manager skills in

line with EQF, ESCO, EQAVET, Europass, EntreComp & DigComp.

E-book with storytelling cases and storybuilding scenarios on making impact, including Strategic Roadmap

Storytelling and Storybuilding
